All Skin Inc. is a funded seed-stage start-up tech aimed at delivering precision skincare for people with sensitive skin. Our core business involves consumer packaged goods, software as a service and e-commerce and we pride ourselves on a strong R&D emphasis to bring value to a booming beauty technology industry.


We are looking to recruit a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead day to day operations and business development. The ideal candidate will have experience working in product management or working as an executive with a strong financial background. We are keen to recruit a talented individual who is also flexible, and adaptable to working in a dynamic industry.



  • The COO will be the authority for all day-to-day decision making, and will be the primary contact for operational issues. They will be expected to serve in both a director/manager capacity overseeing business operations, while also serving as a hands-on operator through drafting written materials, taking prompt action with partners and stakeholders when required, and working closely with team members and collaborators to ensure business objectives are met. Thus, the COO will be expected to understand and contribute towards both high level and hands-on elements of business operations. 

  • Analyze internal operations and financial health and identify strategies to enhance processes.

  • The COO will collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to ensure employee productivity is met and to hold all employees accountable to the company’s vision, mission and goals. 

  • Work with manufacturer to ensure material availability, product inventory for sales.

  • Collaborate with the CEO in business strategy and lead the team in implementation of the business plan and go to market strategy. 

  • Work with other executives on budgeting, and resource allocation, including preparing and maintaining financial and risk models to maximize profit and efficiency. 

  • Work with executives to raise capital and prepare non-dilutive funding applications.

  • Work with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Brand & Marketing Officer (CBMO) to develop, implement and monitor go-to-market strategy, including development of marketing and advertising strategy and budget.

  • Work with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to develop product roadmap.

  • Responsible for identifying HR deficiencies, and developing/maintaining hiring roadmap.

  • Liaise with regulatory consultants and implement regulatory pathway.

  • Provide reports on a company’s operational conditions.



  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a field relating to business, administration, finance, economics, accounting, marketing, engineering, computer science or other related discipline.

  • Five or more years of experience in executive/product management positions.

  • Detailed knowledge of business planning, performance metrics and financial models.

  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated action.



  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing, software, and/or e-commerce is an asset.

  • Interest or experience in skincare, cosmetics or beauty.

  • Experience working with Health Canada, the Food and Drug Administration and/or other regulatory bodies.

  • Located in Calgary or ability to relocate to Calgary is an asset.
